I enjoy a cup of coffee. Black. Part flavored. Sometimes with a little stevia. At Colonial Williamsburg, it's fun to go through the coffeehouse, learn about its history, and then be seated to taste a cup of colonial brew. Sitting in the coffeehouse, you get a feel of how it might have been during this period. Businessmen, politicians, and others coming together to discuss, plan, maybe debate. It was probably similar to the atmosphere at Starbucks, without technology plugged into a wall or attached to a hand.
